Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GableSync (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GableSync is a renovation management platform that provides tools for project planning, design collaboration, budget tracking, task management, AI-powered rendering, and team communication. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including floor plans, images, documents, and project data (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant GableSync a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share your content.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI room renders and other AI-generated outputs are produced using third-party machine learning models. While we strive for quality, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You may use AI-generated renders for personal and commercial purposes related to your renovation projects.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GableSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
